In this report, we present our key findings from the largest research study to date assessing endorsed and perceived substance use and recovery stigma expressed by U.S. healthcare workers, as compared to non-healthcare workers.

Initial Findings Report
After two months of data collection and analysis, we are excited to announce the initial findings from our pilot stigma project. This study measured perceived societal stigma towards people who use drugs, those with substance use disorders, and those identifying as in recovery.

About the Project
This new collaboration among RIWI, Elevyst, and PRO-A offers an innovative approach to destigmatize drug use & recovery. We aim to hear from diverse public opinions, including from ‘quiet voices’ who do not typically answer surveys of other kinds.
Partnership
