Health Justice for PA (HJPA) was organized in partnership with the ACLU-PA and Elevyst to provide recommendations on policy reform through a harm reduction lens. The primary goal of this group is to decrease the risk of incarceration and re-incarceration for substance involved individuals, including those on probation supervision. Through centering those across the Commonwealth impacted by this work, facilitating collaborative efforts, and seeking input from a variety of stakeholders, this coalition aims to advocate for change to policy and practice in order to emphasize health justice.
